📌 Note: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (or equivalent in local currency).
- Flat-Rate Shipping: Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For Saudi Arabia & UAE)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations imposed by local authorities.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Tracking Your Order

7. Undeliverable & Lost Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient:
- The package may be returned to us. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
