We currently ship to the following locations:
United States – Nationwide coverage, including all states and territories.
Saudi Arabia – Major cities and regions.
United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Major cities and regions.

📌 Note: We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • If there is an unexpected delay, customers will be notified via email.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (or equivalent in local currency).
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For Saudi Arabia & UAE)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations imposed by local authorities.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the shipment status. 

7. Undeliverable & Lost Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient:

  • The package may be returned to us. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team for assistance.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
