1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
✔ The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔ Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
📌 Note: Certain items, such as personal care products, perishables, and customized items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. See Non-Returnable Items below for details.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
🚫 Beauty & personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, haircare)
🚫 Health & hygiene-related products (e.g., toothbrushes, razors)
🚫 Opened or used food & beverage products
🚫 Customized, personalized, or final-sale items
🚫 Digital/downloadable products
📌 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these simple steps:

3️⃣ Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error).
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Process
✔ Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges
Need a replacement? We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
📌 We do not offer direct product exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If you need a different product, kindly return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
📷 Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
